Most items are handcrafted with aloha. You may find a slight variation on size and appearance. 

Please make sure to check your dog's health conditions before you feed treats. We do make it with natural-organic ingredients but same as humans, your dog's health condition is different daily. The number of treats to feed your dog per day depends on the type of treat and their activity level. Always best to consult with your vet.

In addition, please note we are not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by our products. Please make sure to supervise your pets while wearing, using and playing with them or eating treats. Never leave them unattended with these items.

 

Shipping Policy
Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order. We try our best to get all orders out as soon as possible. Please keep in mind most items are handmade and packaged by one person.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and they cannot be replaced. Please contact directly to the shipping company. 

 

Return Policy

Exchange Policy (Damages and issues only)
Our products are made by humans so mistakes can happen! If you believe that you may have received a defective item, send an email at shoppawloha@gmail.com with photos and a description of the item's condition within 72 hours of delivery. Allow 2-3 business days for us to return your inquiry, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
